Step 1. Place your order either directly on the website (see the video above) or by e-mail: comanda@mobirom.ro.
Step 2. You’ll receive an offer by e-mail, including shipping and an approximate lead time.
Step 3. After confirming, you’ll receive a proforma invoice to pay a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% can be paid by bank transfer before delivery or cash on delivery (courier).
Step 4. Once the deposit is received, your order enters production as specified.

Lead time: 5–7 weeks, depending on quantity and production load.
Important: timings are indicative; we run series production and group orders for efficiency.
